Grace L. Milbrath, 87, of Sullivan, passed away Thursday morning, January 17, 2013 at Shorehaven Health & Rehab Center in Oconomowoc.
The Funeral Service for Grace will be held on Monday, Jan. 21st at 5 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Sullivan with the Rev. Dean Zemple officiating. A family burial will be on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery in Sullivan.
Relatives and friends may call to pay their respects at the church on Monday from 3 p.m. until the time of the service. Memorials are suggested to the St. John’s Lutheran Church Handicapped Bathroom Fund or to the Sullivan Emergency Medical Service.

Grace Louise Buske was born in the Town of Concord on February 3, 1925, the daughter of Roy and Myrtle (Eckert) Buske. On May 25, 1957 she married Edward J. Milbrath in Oconomowoc.
She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Sullivan. Grace loved to cook and bake and was famous for her homemade bread and doughnuts. She also enjoyed playing dart ball.
Survivors include her daughter, Vickie Milbrath of Sullivan; a son, Larry (Angie) Wegner of Lutz, Florida; three grandchildren, Bobbie, Robin and Cheryl; ten great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; a sister, Jean (Rollie) Schweisthal of Beaver Dam; a brother Everett Buske of Randolph, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Grace was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Edward “Butch” Milbrath on January 9, 2011; four sons, Darrell Milbrath, James Wegner, Frank Wegner, Dennis Wegner and four brothers and four sisters.
