Grace M. Roberts, 37, of Juneau, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Tuesday, February 4, 2014.
Funeral services for Grace will be held on Saturday, February 8th at 11 a.m. at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church,615 Jones Street in Watertown, with the Rev. Clint Burow officiating. Burial will be in the Town of Emmet Cemetery.
Visitation will take place at the Dodgeland High School in Juneau on Friday, Feb. 7th from 4 to 8 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorials would be appreciated to the Grace Roberts Memorial Fund for the furthering of agricultural education.

Grace Marie was born in Oconomowoc on October 1, 1976, daughter of John and Gail (Behrens) Roberts.
Grace was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and obtained a Master of Arts in Education Degree from Marian College in 2005. Additionally, she was licensed to work with Alternative Education programs. She began her teaching career in 1999 working with the Dodgeland Agriculture and FFA programs. In 2006, she also began teaching at the Hustisford High School teaching Agriculture & FFA. Graces professional work earned her statewide recognition. The Outstanding Agriculture Teacher award was bestowed upon her for the 2002-2003 school year. Likewise, she earned the 2005-2006 Wisconsin outstanding Young Agriculture Teacher award. In 2005, she received national recognition as the John Deere Outstanding Young Agriculture Teacher for Region III. Grace was Dodgeland’s Kohl Teacher Fellowship nominee for the 2005-2006 school year, and the FFA Global Program nominee for the 2006-2007 school year.
It is undoubtedly Grace’s passion for working with students that will serve as her legacy. Students remember her willingness to work hard to ensure their success in school and in life. Grace annually organized petting zoos, she mentored students in the summer to ensure that their best projects made it to the county and state fairs, and served as an advisor for many high school events, such as prom, homecoming and graduation. A tireless leader, her colleagues will remember the joy that she brought to any activity for which she was responsible. As a teacher for 15 years, Grace touched the lives of so many students and staff.
She was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Richwood. Grace adored her nephews and enjoyed watching her second cousins play hockey.
She was an avid Badger fan and loved supporting her students at the Dodge County Fair.
Survivors include her mother, Gail Roberts of West Bend; her father, John (Cathy) Roberts of Johnson Creek; a brother, Paul (Anita) Roberts of Watertown; a step-brother, John (Colleen) Reiser and their children of Watertown; a step-sister, Sarah (Trey Banks) Reiser and their son of Milwaukee; two nephews, Joshua and Avery Roberts; special friend, Fay (Roger) Hildebrandt of Hustisford; aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and her students and friends.
