Florence E. Arndt, 92, of Markesan, passed away at the Markesan Resident Home on Tuesday, February 18, 2014.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 22nd at 11 a.m. at St. Lukeís Lutheran Church in Watertown, with the Rev. Mark Gartner and Anthony Schultz officiating. Burial will be in the Neosho Woodlawn Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the church on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorials are suggested to the charity of oneís choice.

Florence Elizabeth Hanke was born in Watertown on October 28, 1921, daughter of Carl and Elizabeth (Ladien) Hanke. On February 4, 1940, she married Ewald Blank at St. Johnís Lutheran Church in Watertown. Ewald preceded her in death on May 27, 1964.
Florence married Harvey Arndt on June 1, 1985 at St. Lukeís Lutheran in Watertown. He preceded her in death on August 27, 2004.
Florence farmed and had been employed at Aunt Nellies Foods in Clyman, the former Village Blacksmith and Mid-State Shoe Factory, both in Watertown and at Wollen Mills in Hustisford.
She is a member of St. Johnís Ev. Lutheran Church in Princeton and a former member of St. Lukeís Lutheran Church in Watertown..
Florence is survived by her children, Raymond (Marilyn) Blank of Neshkoro; Delores (Lyle) Allen of Watertown; a step-son, RussellArndt of Watertown; her grandchildren, David Blank of Clyman; Karen Foster of Idaho Springs, CO; Neil (Tara) Blank of Horicon; Darin (Becky) Wagoner of Clyman; Lynn Preston of Watertown; Colleen Arndt of Georgia; Kory Arndt of Watertown; great grandchildren, Jessica (Gene) Guenther, Emily Wagoner, Katy Wagoner, Kevin (Tania) Blank, Hayden Blank, Jailyn Blank, Tyler (Leila) Preston, Austin (Jessica) Preston; a great great grandson, Jesse James Preston; a brother-in-law, Ray Dobbratz of Beaver Dam, as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; two sisters Elizabeth Lenius and Alice Dobbratz; a brother, Edwin Hanke; a sister-in-law, Elsie Hanke; a brother-in-law, Oscar Lenius.
