Dwight C. Weber, age 74, of Watertown, went to his heavenly home on Monday, February 20, 2017 after a long battle with Wegener’s Granulomatosis.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Watertown with Rev. Anthony Schultz and Rev. Mark Gartner officiating. A private family burial will take place at a later date. Family and friends may gather at the church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Dwight Carl Weber was born on October 14, 1942 in Milwaukee, the son of Carl and Margaret (nee Augustine) Weber. He attended Rufus King High School in Milwaukee. Dwight was a skilled carpenter, building many homes and businesses in Wisconsin. On June 4, 2011, he married Patricia Ann Schultz in Concord, WI. Dwight enjoyed collecting H-O trains, and coins. He liked watching the Green Bay Packers and the Wisconsin Badgers. He was a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Watertown.
Dwight is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Weber; son, Daniel Weber; daughter, Kim (Hans) Scherze; four grandchildren, Sara Weber, Christopher Weber, Brittney Scherze and Amanda Scherze; three stepchildren, Dan (Kim) Jablonski; Brandi (Dick) Norquist and Dawn Kopitzke; five step-grandchildren, Kadan Jablonski; Jace Jablonski; Austin Kopitzke; Nicole Kopitzke and Tim (Sarah) Bolin as well as three great-grandchildren, Coil, Kyla and Navi Bolin. He is also survived by brothers, Ralph Weber; twin, Michael (Joann) Weber; sister, Kris Weber; sister-in-law, Jeannie Weber as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; beloved son, Andrew Weber; sister, Kathy Schachtschneider; brothers, Ken Weber; John Weber; Tom Weber and David Weber; nephew, Matthew Weber; brother-in-law, Bob Schachtschneider and sisters-in-law, Shirley Weber and Karen Weber.
