Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 6 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Watertown with Rev. Brett Brauer officiating. Burial will be at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield at a later date. Relatives and friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 4 p.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials if desired may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church. The Hafemeister Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Watertown are serving the family. Elizabeth Ann Paar was born on March 18, 1943 in Milwaukee the daughter of Carl and Martha (Lipski) Paar. She was a graduate of Custer High School in Milwaukee. Elizabeth was married on June 10, 1967 to James G. de Galley at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Milwaukee. She had been employed at Citizens Bank in Mukwonago for many years. Elizabeth was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Watertown. She enjoyed baking, reading and music. Elizabeth loved spending time with family and friends.
Elizabeth is survived by a daughter; Julie (Tim) Flaherty of South Milwaukee, eight grandchildren; Amelia Flaherty, Samuel Flaherty, Keira Flaherty and Joseph Flaherty, Anthony de Galley, Nathan de Galley, Katelynn de Galley and Madeline de Galley, a daughter-in-law; Dawn de Galley of Watertown, a brother; William (Bonnie) Paar of West Bend, a sister; Diane (Jim) Lentz of Milwaukee, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; James G. de Galley on March 12, 2000, a son; James J. de Galley on August 29, 2014, a brother; Richard Paar and a sister; Debbie Palzkill.
