Deloris M. Lillge, age 78, of Watertown, passed away on Thursday morning, July 26, 2012, at Marquardt Memorial Manor.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 2 p.m., at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Ixonia with the Rev. Kenneth Ewerdt officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the church on Sunday from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers memorials would be appreciated to the charity of one’s choice.

Deloris Marie Genz was born on Sept. 27, 1933, in Watertown, the daughter of Erwin and Lenora (Jaeger) Genz. Deloris attended St. Paul’s Lutheran Grade School in Ixonia and was a 1951 graduate of Northwestern Prep (Luther Prep) in Watertown. On May 24, 1952, she married Chester C. Lillge at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Ixonia. She and her husband farmed in the town of Ixonia for many years. Deloris had also been employed at Kroger Grocery Store, Fin and Tail, and Miller Auto Parts all in Watertown and ITW Shake Proof in Oconomowoc. Deloris was a lifelong member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Ixonia, and had been a member of the church choir. She was a member of the Twilight Homemakers and was a volunteer for the Easter Seal Society. Deloris enjoyed playing cards and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Deloris is survived by two children, Audrey (Lee Flietner) Wagie of Watertown and Dennis (Kaye) Lillge of Ixonia; five grandchildren, Michael Wagie, David (Jessica) Wagie, Joelle Lillge, Leanna Lillge and Deanna (Dan) Lauersdorf; eight great-grandchildren, Jeremy Wagie, Jacob Lauersdorf, Morgan Lauersdorf, Alec Lauersdorf, Makayla Wagie, Christian Wagie, Trae Wagie and Lilyanna Wagie; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jerry and Betty Lillge of Watertown; a sister-in-law, Carolyn Lillge of Hustisford, other relatives and friends.
Deloris was the last member of her immediate family being preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Chester, on March 8, 2003.
