Thomas E. Senn, 68, of Oconomowoc, passed away on Friday, July 27, 2018 at Aurora Medical Center in Summit.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 3, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Hafemeister Funeral Home in Watertown with Rev. Jonathan Loomis officiating. Relatives and friends may gather at the funeral home on Friday from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will take place at the Concord Methodist Cemetery. Tom was born on January 7, 1950 in Marshfield to Donald and Beverly (nee Gnotke) Senn. On October 7, 1972 he married Susan Crouse in Waukesha. Tom owned and operated Senn Plywood & Door in New Berlin. He was a third-generation operator of the family business and it will continue on with his children.
Tom had many hobbies and things he enjoyed doing. He raced stock cars in Hales Corners, liked dirt track racing, collecting cars and magazines, restoring cars, going to car shows, watching NASCAR, hunting, and working outside at his home. He was a Ford enthusiast and liked spending time at the lake cabin in Three Lakes. More than anything Tom loved spending time with his two granddaughters.
He is survived by his wife Sue of Oconomowoc; his three children: Michelle Senn of West Allis, Melinda (Matt) Bublitz of Oconomowoc, and Mike (Jessica) Senn of Oconomowoc; two granddaughters: Madelyn and Makenzie Bublitz; siblings: Cindy Kunkel of Oconomowoc, Tim (Cindy) Senn of Mukwonago, and Julie (Jeff) Mallow of Watertown; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
