Phyllis J. Hollenbeck, 81, of Watertown, passed away Saturday, August 30, 2014 at the Rainbow Hospice Care Inpatient Center in Johnson Creek.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, Sept. 5th at 1:30 p.m. at St. Markís Evangelical Lutheran Church in Watertown, with the Rev. Michael Jensen officiating. Burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery in Watertown.
A gathering will be at the church on Friday from noon until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Rainbow Hospice, St. Markís Ev. Lutheran Church, Lakeside Lutheran High School in Lake Mills or to the University Lake School in Hartland.

Phyllis Joan Wendorf was born in Milton on December 21, 1932, daughter of Richard and Meta (Probst) Wendorf. On May 7, 1955, she married Robert L. Hollenbeck at St. Johnís Lutheran Church in Jefferson. He preceded her in death on September 15, 2002.
Phyllis was a 1951 graduate of Jefferson High school. She had been employed at the Watertown Memorial Hospital and volunteered at the Watertown Senior Center and Watertown Food Pantry. Phyllis loved spending time with her grandchildren, enjoyed traveling, knitting and was a Green Bay Packerís and Wisconsin Badgerís fan.
Survivors include her children, Brian (Adriana), Mark (Brenda), Sandra (Patrick) Rowoldt, all of Watertown and Jeff (Sherry) of Rochester, MN; nine grandchildren, Melissa (Dustin) Koenigs, Derek Hollenbeck, Spencer Hollenbeck, Jessica (Joshua) Fink, Megan Rowoldt, Amber Rowoldt, Brittany Hollenbeck, Bailey Hollenbeck and Nicholas Hollenbeck; three great grandchildren, Raymond, Ava and Zackary Koenigs; two sisters, Dorothy Becker, Elaine Finn; a brother, Larry (Nancy) Wendorf; a sister-in-law, Carolyn Wendorf, as well as other relatives and friends.
Phyllis was also preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Wayne Wendorf, and two brothers in infancy, Dickie and Glenn Wendorf.
