David Beduze
David Beduze, age 50, of Watertown, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday September 1, 2015.

David Anthony Karl Beduze was born on November 21, 1964 in Chicago, IL the son of William and LaVerne (Swanson) Beduze. He attended St. Philip Lutheran Church & Grade School in Chicago and was a 1982 graduate of Watertown High School. On August 1, 1987 David was united in marriage to Kim M. Hesse at Trinity Lutheran Church in Watertown. After studying to be a jeweler at the Gemological Institute of America, he continued his father’s business at Generation Jewelers in Watertown. Dave was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Ixonia and served on various boards and committees. He was an active member and supported the Watertown Chamber of Commerce and the Main Street Program. He was an avid Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers fan. Dave loved to cook and spend time in his pool. He enjoyed hosting and the creativity of the annual Halloween Barn party.

David is survived by his loving wife, Kim of Watertown, his most cherished sons; Jarred (his fiancée, Tarah Steinbrenner) Beduze and Jason Beduze of Watertown, his brother, Paul (Vicki) Beduze and their sons Ben and Jacob, of Elkhorn, his father and mother-in-law; Marvin and Carol Hesse of Lake Mills, his brothers and sisters-in-law; Kevin (Heidi) Hesse of Middleton, Steven (Sarah) Hesse of Watertown, Brian (Shelly) Hesse of Watertown and Greg (Kelly) Hesse of Oconomowoc, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. David was preceded in death by his parents. David was a devoted husband and father and will be missed by everyone who knew him.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday September 6, 2015 at 2 pm at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Ixonia with the Rev. Kenneth Ewerdt officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 3-6 pm at the Hafemeister Funeral Home in Watertown and at the church on Sunday from 1 pm until the time of the service. Burial will be at the Union Cemetery in Watertown. In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Luther Preparatory School, Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN, or to David’s family.
