David Raymond Wolf was born on September 14, 1948 in Milwaukee, the son of Raymond and Doris (Dehart) Wolf. He was a graduate of Mukwonago High School. On February 5, 1972, he married Rebecca Stout at St. Joseph’s in Big Bend. David had been employed by the City of Waukesha for 26 years and prior to that, 16 years at RTE.
Dave had a loving and giving heart and was truly a servant of the Lord. He was especially proud of his work, helping to organize and run blood drives, giving 108 pts himself. Dave worked on the missions teams at FCC in Mukwonago as well as helping at the Hope Center in Waukesha, even after he was in a wheelchair. Dave was a former member of the Knights of Columbus Mukwonago Chapter. David made his final donation by giving the gift of sight through cornea donation.
Dave is survived by his bride of 44 years and soul mate, Rebecca “Crickett” Wolf as well as his two children, whom he was a loving and devoted father to, Jaysen (Ryoko) Wolf of Waukesha and Danyell (Stephen) Wolf Alger of Junction City. He is also survived by four grandchildren, whom he was a special, loving, adoring Papa to, Maxwell Alger, Maya Alger, Aika Wolf and Kazutake Wolf. Dave is further survived by his parents, Raymond and Doris Wolf of Muskego; sister, Linda (Harland) Rausch of Big Bend; mother-in-law, Essie Perigen of Stewart, TN; sister-in-law, Jacque (Owen) Perigen of Stewart, TN as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and caring friends, especially Ron (Sherril) Plymesser, Linda (Bill) Stark and Jack (Carol) Ladik and many others. He is also survived by Bill (Jenny) Pedersen of Arkdale who was like a second son to him. He was preceded in death by his brother, James Wolf of Milwaukee as well as mother and father-in-law, Joe and Mary Stout of Dover, TN.
